Sciences Advances Open Publishing Program

On May 5, the Science Advances open publication program was opened under the national license, with a pool of 10 articles for 2025.

The program is an addition to the national license for access to the Science journal.

The Science journal is available exclusively in a subscription model, and a separate open-access journal Science Advances is intended for open publishing.

The publisher's system automatically recognizes articles that qualify for the program based on the affiliation provided by the corresponding author; detailed information related to publishing is provided in the instructions for authors. The program allows corresponding authors affiliated with UMK, who have indicated this affiliation on the title page of the article, to publish.

The Science national license fee financed by the Ministry of Education and Science covers the cost of publishing up to 10 articles from Poland per year in the Science Advances journal.
